StudyApp Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your StudyApp account and associated personal data.

What to include in your request

• Your StudyApp username or email address
• Any details that help us identify your account

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete your StudyApp account and associated personal data, including, where applicable:

• account profile information;
• login/account records used to identify your account;
• practice history, exam history, trends, scores, and related progress data; and
• other personal data associated with normal use of the service.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, billing, or record-keeping purposes.

Retention period for limited retained data

Any limited retained records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Important note

Requesting account deletion will remove access to your account and may permanently remove your StudyApp progress and history.
